Strength & Conditioning

8-Week Series: July 15 – September 2, 2026

Summer Strong 2026 takes the gym outside. This 8-week strength and conditioning program is designed for women who want to build real strength, move better and make the most of the summer season — all while training in the fresh air at one of Bolton's favourite outdoor spaces.

Each class is coach-led with options and modifications built in, so wherever you are starting from, you will be challenged at the right level. Whether you trained with us this spring or you are joining the BeneFIT Pro community for the first time, summer is a great time to show up for yourself.

WHAT YOU’LL GET

  • Group workouts led by a Registered Kinesiologist (R. Kin) and Certified Personal Trainer (CSEP-CPT)

  • Progressive strength programming designed to build muscle, support healthy joints, and improve overall fitness

WHAT TO BRING

  • Yoga or exercise mat

  • Dumbbells (5–12 lbs. recommended)

  • Supportive athletic footwear

  • Weather-appropriate clothing

  • Sunscreen and/or insect repellent

SPORT SPECIFIC TRAINING

Programs designed for athletes of all sports, to dominate the sports arena. Made up of skills and drills targeting speed, quickness, agility, power and change in direction. Whether you are a self-motivated athlete who needs a well-defined program framework, a time-constrained athlete returning from injury/illness or you are the coach of a team who requires that extra accelerated and refined group training plan.
