FALL INTO FITNESS: STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Mondays at 7:00 PM | James Bolton Public School Gymnasium
Wednesdays at 7:00 PM | Ellwood Memorial Public School Gymnasium
12-Week Series: September 15 to December 17, 2025

Stay active this fall with structured, women-only strength and conditioning workouts. These 45-minute classes focus on building strength, improving mobility, and boosting energy in a supportive group setting.

CLASS OPTIONS & PRICING

Full Session (12 Weeks)

  • Twice Weekly (24 classes) – $369
    Best option for those ready to commit to both Mondays and Wednesdays

  • Once Weekly (12 classes) – $189
    Commit to a specific day of the week (choose either Mondays or Wednesdays at registration)

  • Flex Pack (12 classes) – $209
    Attend either Monday or Wednesday each week—your choice. Added flexibility for busy schedules

Flex Pack gives you the most choice. You can attend either Monday or Wednesday in-person classes, or use it for live-stream or on-demand recordings. Once-a-week packs are tied to your chosen day.

Drop-In Classes – $18.50 per class
Best for those who can’t commit to a full session or want to try it first!

WHAT TO BRING

  • Yoga or exercise mat

  • Dumbbells (5-12 lbs. recommended)

Slow Flow:Pilates & Mobility (6-WEEK SERIES)

6-Week Series starts September 22, 2025
Mondays at 6:00 PM | James Bolton Public School Gymnasium

A beginner-friendly, Pilates-inspired class focused on mobility, gentle strength, and full-body flow to improve strength and joint range of motion. Great for anyone easing back into fitness or craving a restorative pace. Small group, modifications always offered.

PRICING OPTIONS

  • 6-Week Series Package
    $75 per person ($12.50 per class)

  • Drop-In Class (if space allows)
    $18.50 per class

SPORT SPECIFIC TRAINING

Programs designed for athletes of all sports, to dominate the sports arena. Made up of skills and drills targeting speed, quickness, agility, power and change in direction. Whether you are a self-motivated athlete who needs a well-defined program framework, a time-constrained athlete returning from injury/illness or you are the coach of a team who requires that extra accelerated and refined group training plan. Through proper training and program design, we can help you or your team excel in your upcoming season!
