8-Week Series: January 5 to March 23, 2026
Start the year with a clear plan and consistent structure. Strong in 2026 is an 8-week group strength program designed to help women build muscle, move better, and feel confident in their bodies.
Classes focus on progressive strength training with simple, effective movements. Every workout is coached with options and modifications, so you can work at your own level while still being challenged.
This program is ideal if you want accountability, expert programming, and a supportive group without the pressure of a gym membership.
CLASS OPTIONS & PRICING
Winter Session (8 Weeks)
Twice Weekly (16 classes) – $279
Best option for those ready to commit to both Mondays and WednesdaysOnce Weekly (8 classes) – $139
Commit to a specific day of the week (choose either Mondays or Wednesdays at registration)Flex Pack (8 classes) – $149
Attend either Monday or Wednesday as your schedule allows. Added flexibility for busy schedules.
Flex Pack gives you the most choice. You can attend either Monday or Wednesday in-person classes, or use it for on-demand recordings. Once-a-week packs are tied to your chosen day.
Drop-In Classes – $20 per class
Best for those who can’t commit to a full session or want to try it first! Available if space allows.

SPORT SPECIFIC TRAINING
Programs designed for athletes of all sports, to dominate the sports arena. Made up of skills and drills targeting speed, quickness, agility, power and change in direction. Whether you are a self-motivated athlete who needs a well-defined program framework, a time-constrained athlete returning from injury/illness or you are the coach of a team who requires that extra accelerated and refined group training plan. Through proper training and program design, we can help you or your team excel in your upcoming season!
