In-Person GROUP FITNESS

Slow Flow: Pilates x Mobility Fusion: The best of both worlds! Strengthen your core, improve your posture, flexibility and joint range of motion in this dynamic full body workout. Bringing together traditional slow, light resistance strength-based exercises with Pilates-inspired movements, you will also support total body recovery through the perfect low impact union.

Strength & Conditioning: Through the application of practical sports science and athletic training, our classes will enhance your movement quality. Following a total body dynamic warm-up and activation, these classes will incorporate low impact full body strength-based exercises geared at improving physical performance, mixed in with higher intensity conditioning exercises or circuits designed to challenge your cardiovascular system and build endurance. Work at your own pace, with whatever weights that feel good for you! Every class will be capped off with a gentle cool down stretch to bring that heart rate back down and ensure proper recovery.
