Summer Strong: Outdoor Group Fitness in Bolton

July 2 to August 27, 2025 (8 sessions)
Build strength, move better, and feel your best this summer with our outdoor group workouts. These all-level classes combine strength, mobility, and cardio in a welcoming environment with a supportive coach and community.
What to Bring:
Yoga or exercise mat
Dumbbells (5-12 lbs recommended)
Supportive footwear
Reusable water bottle
Bonus: Class package holders receive free access to our on-demand library (250+ recorded workouts) from July 1 to August 31. Offer not available for single drop-in participants.
