Build strength, move better, and feel your best this summer with our outdoor group workouts. These all-level classes combine strength, mobility, and cardio in a welcoming environment with a supportive coach and community.

Class Options & Pricing

      → Includes a recommended weekly schedule to stay active between sessions

  • Drop-In Classes$18.50 per class
    Perfect for those with busy schedules or wanting to try it out before committing

  • Group workouts led by an experienced coach who is a Registered Kinesiologist (R. Kin) and Certified Personal Trainer (CSEP-CPT)

  • Supportive, inclusive women-only environment that welcomes all fitness levels

What to Bring:

  • Yoga or exercise mat

  • Dumbbells (5-12 lbs recommended)
