Personalized Training That Adapts to You: 100% customized aerobic training plan tailored to your race distance and fitness level, and a 1-on-1 initial setup including target heart rate and pace zones individualized to your current fitness level. Workouts designed for wherever you run (treadmill, outdoors, or both) and a plan that adjusts throughout the program to fit your life.
Runner-Specific Strength & Conditioning: 2-3x weekly strength training designed specifically for runners, live group training sessions plus in-app video demonstrations that work with whatever equipment you have (home or gym).
Coaching Support: Weekly check-ins, group coaching calls, instant messaging with your Coach, ongoing monitoring and plan adjustments. Not just a plan you download - you get actual human support.
Built-In Recovery & Injury Prevention: Mobility and stability movement sessions, bonus live group classes and mandatory rest days built into your training plan.
Education & Tools: View, track and analyze your training and mini-lessons on running form, fuelling, gear, and more. Get the most out of your training and establish consistent sleep, stress management, hydration and nutrition habits with in-app tracking and sync with your existing FitBit, Apple Watch or Garmin.

Run Club
Has running solo started to get boring? Join our run club every week in North Toronto and Bolton. Whether you are brand new to the sport and would like to learn how to safely get started, or you’re a seasoned runner looking for a community — this club’s for you! Weekly social, zone 2-focused runs range from 25-45 minutes, depending on the season. Check out our Facebook group or join us on Strava for details.
