All runners are built differently and have their own individual strengths and weaknesses. If you have tried out a ready-made training plan in the past and found that you have just not achieved the results you were hoping for, we can help. Maybe you are a beginner and find the speed or distances of many online training plans just too difficult? Let’s set you up for your next 5 or 10 km distance or race with confidence! All personalized training plans will take into account your current abilities, baseline pace and will build off whatever foundation you are starting at. Your program will incorporate the appropriate variety and ratio of intensity, duration and frequency to support your body’s physiological adaptations to becoming a strong and confident runner.

We recognize that there is no one size fits all approach to running. We're here to work with you in designing a personalized plan that is packed with the guidance and tools you need to reach your goal, with plenty of room to communicate, refine and adjust as you go.

Run Club

Has running solo started to get boring? Join our run club every Wednesday evening in Bolton. Whether you are brand new to the sport and would like to learn how to safely get started, or you’re a seasoned runner looking for a community — this club’s for you! Weekly distances range from 3-6 kilometers, depending on the season. Check out our Facebook group or join us on Strava for details.
